DEPTH THERAPY

What is Depth Psychology?

Depth psychology is a field that studies the inner depths of the human mind. It looks at how our innermost thoughts, experiences, and emotions affect our behavior, relationships, and overall wellbeing. It is a way of understanding people on a deeper level and helping them to make sense of their lives. By exploring unconscious, a person can make valuable connections and gain a greater understanding of themselves. Therapeutically, we would co-explore the unconscious as it emerges through patterns in behavior, dreams, physical symptoms

SOMATIC THERAPY

What is Somatic Psychology?

Somatic psychotherapy is an approach that focuses on the connection between your mind and body. It helps you understand how your physical sensations and emotions are connected, and how one affects the other. This form of therapy is based on the idea that talking can often be helpful, but physical experience through sensation, body movements, and breath can provide access to the deeper layers of psyche. Through this practice, we can work together to gain insight into your own inner world, find relief from difficult feelings, heal pieces of trauma and overall, become more balanced and integrated.
